剧情简介

青年企业家许奋斗为了留住村里小学的师资力量,也为了留住即将失去的女朋友的芳心,许下了要把村小变城小的诺言。然而,在履行诺言的旅途中,其命运多舛,百转千回。他用各种方式找寻、缘出云新接近本村走出去的性格、缘出云新事业、情怀迥然不同的六位企业家,他们在为村小转变格局的过程也碰撞出了意料之外的人情、人性之悲欢。然而,一切在一张张天真的笑脸面前,在故乡教育事业的面前,他们又出奇的一致和统一。在许奋斗和六位企业家的背后站立的是走出去和留守的众父老乡亲。在他们帮助村小变城小的路上,取得了超乎预期的收获。当然,不只是钱的事……

The film starts with verse 67, “O somma luce…” and continues to the end. “O Somma luce” recalls the first words uttered by Empedocles in Danièle Huillet and Jean-Marie Straub’s 1987 The Death of Empedocles—“O himmlisch Licht!…” (O heavenly light!). This extract from Hölderlin’s text is also inserted into their 1989 film Cézanne.“O somma luce” invokes utopia, or better still “u-topos,” Dante, Holderlin, Cézanne… the camera movement, recalling Sisyphus, in the film’s long shots, suggests its difficulty.In O somma luce, with Giorgio Passerone’s Dante and the verse that concluded the Divine Comedy, we find at the extremity of its possibilities, the almost happy speech of a man who has just left earthly paradise, who tries to fully realize the potential of his nature. Between the two we find the story of the world.
