回复 :レコード屋もライブハウスもない田舎町を舞台に、ラッパーを目指す若者たちの奮闘を描いてロングランヒットを記録した青春映画「SR サイタマノラッパー」のシリーズ第3作。仲間と別れ東京に出たマイティは、「極悪鳥」というヒップホップグループに入れてもらおうと努めるが、苦渋を味わった挙句に怒りを爆発させてメンバーの1人に大怪我を負わせてしまう。栃木へ逃亡したマイティは、盗難車の転売など違法行為で商売するグループの一員として働き始め、そのグループが開いた詐欺まがいの音楽イベントでかつての仲間のイックとトムと再会するが……。
