阿洲（杨佑宁 饰）即将从军队退役，推介这时候他时常梦见小学同学陈欣欣（张钧宁 饰）死去，推介令他纳罕的是这位小学同学她已多年没见。他一直受这个梦困扰，坚信这个梦是为他带来什么信息。他们的连上士兵昆河逃走，上级便派出阿洲及其好友小鬼（黄鸿升 饰）找回昆河。于是阿洲趁着这次出外的机会寻找陈欣欣，意想不到的是陈欣欣也跟阿洲与小鬼一样来到了花莲。他们一同享受着阳光海滩，日子愉快。他们突然遇到了寻找目标昆河，可是昆河却把他们绑架到了一个放满了炸药的小屋里，原本以为会遭遇不测的他们，事情出乎了他们的意料……
